Meet Chef Rae
Chef Rae’s passion for food and cooking began at a young age, racing home after school to catch the latest episodes from his favourite TV chefs.
With a natural talent inherited from his family, he was drawn to the hospitality industry, building a successful 20-year career in restaurant management.
His childhood dream became a reality when he was selected as a contestant on Chopped Canada.
Armed with years of experience and a deep love for his craft, Rae launched High Tide Food Group in 2021, offering custom catering and artisanal food products across New Brunswick. Committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients, his culinary creations leave a lasting impression. From intimate dinner parties and corporate events to weddings and beyond, High Tide Catering delivers an unforgettable dining experience.
